What is FTA?

FTA stands for Future Teachers of America but the club isn’t just about teachers!! It’s an opportunity for you to gain great leadership and communication skills, and to help build character of both high school and elementary school students.

• Become an established and recognized organization at BHS
• Promote leadership and positive qualities
• Promote Faculty, Staff, and Student Appreciation
• Provide middle school transition assistance  
• AFTER SCHOOL TUTOR/MENTOR PROGRAM with B.E.S
• Our Motto:Education is our passport to the future!!

Membership Requirements

GPA 3.0 or higher

Dues-$10 (Includes T-Shirt)

COMMITMENT

After School program with B.E.S. requires a one-hour time commitment for the spring semester, every Wednesday!!!
